Με χαρά ανακοινώνουμε ότι το έργο Erasmus+ KA153 κινητικότητας εργαζομένων στον τομέα της νεολαίας «Deep Democracy», με συντονιστή τον οργανισμό ODAK Education, Culture and Research Association, εγκρίθηκε για χρηματοδότηση από την Εθνική Μονάδα της Τουρκίας.
Το έργο, με κωδικό 2025-3-TR01-KA153-YOU-000373752, φέρνει κοντά έξι οργανισμούς από την Τουρκία, τη Ρουμανία, το Βέλγιο, την Κροατία και την Ελλάδα. Στόχος του έργου είναι να ενισχύσει τις ικανότητες των εργαζομένων στον τομέα της νεολαίας στη συμπεριληπτική διευκόλυνση ομάδων, τον μετασχηματισμό των συγκρούσεων, τη συμμετοχική ηγεσία και τη δημοκρατική λήψη αποφάσεων. Μέσα από τις προσεγγίσεις Deep Democracy και CoResolve, οι συμμετέχοντες θα γνωρίσουν πρακτικές μεθόδους για να δουλεύουν εποικοδομητικά με τη διαφορετικότητα, τη διαφωνία και τη δυναμική των ομάδων.

Κατά τη διάρκεια του έργου, οι εργαζόμενοι στον τομέα της νεολαίας θα συμμετάσχουν σε δραστηριότητες επαγγελματικής ανάπτυξης με θέμα τη διαχείριση συγκρούσεων, τη συμπεριληπτική λήψη αποφάσεων και τη δημοκρατική συμμετοχή. Το έργο δίνει ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στη συμπερίληψη των φωνών της μειοψηφίας και των νέων με λιγότερες ευκαιρίες και συμβάλλει στις προτεραιότητες του Erasmus+ για ένταξη και διαφορετικότητα, ψηφιακό μετασχηματισμό, περιβαλλοντική βιωσιμότητα και συμμετοχή στη δημοκρατική ζωή. Μέσα από το Deep Democracy, η σύμπραξη επιδιώκει να δημιουργήσει πιο συμπεριληπτικούς χώρους, όπου ακούγονται διαφορετικές οπτικές, οι διαφωνίες γίνονται ευκαιρίες μάθησης και οι νέοι συμμετέχουν πιο ουσιαστικά στις αποφάσεις που αφορούν τις κοινότητές τους.

“Deep Democracy” Erasmus+ Project Awarded a Grant
We are pleased to announce that the Erasmus+ KA153 Youth Workers Mobility project “Deep Democracy”, coordinated by ODAK Education, Culture and Research Association, has been awarded funding by the Turkish National Agency.
The project, numbered 2025-3-TR01-KA153-YOU-000373752, brings together six organisations from Türkiye, Romania, Belgium, Croatia and Greece. The project aims to strengthen the competences of youth workers in inclusive facilitation, conflict transformation, participatory leadership and democratic decision-making. Through the Deep Democracy and CoResolve approaches, youth workers will explore practical methods for working constructively with diversity, disagreement and group dynamics.

Throughout the project, youth workers will participate in professional development activities focusing on conflict management, inclusive decision-making and democratic participation. Two five-day activities are planned, in Mersin (Türkiye) and Brussels (Belgium). The project particularly promotes the inclusion of minority voices and young people with fewer opportunities, while contributing to the Erasmus+ priorities of inclusion and diversity, digital transformation, environmental sustainability and participation in democratic life. Through Deep Democracy, the partnership aims to create more inclusive spaces where different perspectives are heard, disagreements can be transformed into opportunities for learning, and young people can participate more meaningfully in decisions affecting their communities.
